JobBase PRO Enterprise feature details

Filter Qs

 

  • Employers can add QS with their Jobs.
  • When applying, Job Seeker will answer to those filter QS with Y/N.
  • System will generate % score which is sent to employer email box and also stored in Application history in Employers section in Jobbase.
  • Employer can easily Sort the Applicants using the Score, so this allows employer to easily identify high scoring Applicants.

 

Cover letter

 

  • Jobseeker can save cover letter that they can send when applying for jobs
  • Employer can save cover letters that will be sent as auto reply when jobseekers apply for a job

 

Charge additional for bold/italic/feature (eCommerce)

 

While posting a job employer will be offered to add additional features, bold/italic. When you select those, you will be taken to payment form to pay for extra features.
Multiple Logo upload

 

Alternative to custom template (see below) this is the simplest way to show different company logos for different jobs. Ideal for agencies who are posting jobs for multiple employers

Usually employer will send Jobboard administrator with their preferred template, this template will be attached to employer account. When employer posts a job they will be given choice to select a template, a default template or the template(s) employer has already added to jobboard. using this template feature employer/agencies can display each jobs with different look & feel. e,g logo, style, links etc

Resume/cv  

Offer FREE resume/cv trial view to employer

 

  • Currently its setup so that employer can see 5 or a set number of full resumes. Employer can search and get list of resumes but won’t be able to view details after free trial
  • After initial sign-up as employer, you can view # number of  resumes
